What to choose for fresh start

Strength: StrongLifts 5x5, Starting Strength, or Stronger by Science. Hypertrophy: PPL 6-day split. Running: Couch to 5K or beyond. Yoga: 12-week beginner programme.

Twelve weeks is enough to see meaningful change. Today is as good a day as any to start; better than 'when conditions are perfect' which never comes.
